Mission
State of Mind is a platform for intimate conversations on mental health and wellness, uniting people with lived experience and mental health professionals to share insights, provide high-quality mental health information, foster understanding, expand access to support, and reduce stigma.
Equity Stance
At State of Mind, we believe in the inherent dignity and value of all people. We affirm the importance of equity for all marginalized communities, people with disabilities, and those impacted by systemic oppression. We acknowledge that systemic inequities and internal biases can hinder equal access and opportunities. As part of our commitment to equity, we strive to increase our awareness of these inequities and biases and act from values of inclusion, compassion, and justice.
